We're thrilled to share a glimpse of the stainless steel centrifuge we designed, which is now fully operational and built by our client.

This centrifuge is specifically developed for separating juice from apple pulp—a key process in the production of fresh, natural juice.In designing this centrifuge, we started with precise functional requirements, including the maximum weight of material it can handle and the required rotations per second for effective liquid separation. Our engineering team conducted detailed calculations to determine the optimal specifications for the bearings and shaft geometry, as well as product structure, sheet metal parts and all mechanics you see. We defined all the components needed, distinguishing between those to be purchased and those to be manufactured, and compiled a comprehensive manufacturing package.The attached photos and video showcase the finished product in action. It's a testament to precision engineering and tailored manufacturing, ensuring efficiency and reliability in juice production processes.
